Meat Declaration
We attach great importance to the quality of our meat. We source our chicken, beef and pork from Switzerland. The duck is from Thailand. Our shrimp comes from our homeland, Vietnam.
Veggies and Vegans
Since the basis of our cuisine is vegan anyway, you will not find a vegetarian version here, but rather completely vegan versions. It is very important to us to find the best and most authentic taste in our vegan dishes. That’s why we spent a long time and with professional help finding the best and 100% vegan replacement for our kitchen. Separate deep fryers are used to avoid any animal contact. We use purely vegetable fat. We use vegan vegetable bouillon as a spice mixture. The meat is swapped with well-seasoned tofu.
Lunch Menu
On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday you can enjoy various lunch menus at our Ngon Restaurant. The menu varies between the weeks of the month (odd weeks vs. even weeks).
All lunch menus cost CHF 20,-.
With all lunch menus you can order a mixed salad or soup for CHF 5,-.
